Core and More is a mini group training session targeting core strength and stability development, whilst also using a range of body-weight functional movements to enhance whole-body functional strength and mobility.

Held in the private sauna at Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki, the group is restricted to a maximum of 6 people.
